1963 Mercedes-Benz 300 SE Cabriolet

May 8th, 2008

This one is for sale at Silver Star Restorations and it’s probably one of the most beautiful 300SE from the sixties I’ve ever laid my eyes on. Being in pure mint condition, its $58,000 price tag is probably very much justified — from the SSR page:

Finished in white with a stunning red leather interior which has the very, very rare front and rear bucket seat option. The wood dash is in great shape, it has power steering and a 4 speed automatic transmission. Like all 300 series cars from the 60’s, it has the Bosch air suspension which gives this great automobile superior road holding capabilities. Powered with a 3 liter engine, this car will cruise today’s highway speeds with no trouble.

If only I had the dough…

  1. Slalom

The front seats appear to be all wrong. Can I see more pictures?
