A few days back I heard the owner of a Mercedes swearing under his breath. This gentleman had just refueled his car and had to spend about $4 per gallon. Prices of fuel are shooting up through the roof and there are many people who have opted in for smaller and more efficient fuel cars, but as is commonly known, the owner of a Mercedes will never go in for a cheaper car of another brand. He will rather try to find Mercedes alternative car fuels. For quite some time, lots of research has been going on into a subject that is making owners of car interested. Scientists are toying with the idea of producing engines that will run on alternative car fuels and save the precious little oil reserve that the world is left with.
Most of these experiments are being conducted with hydrogen fuel which is also termed as HHO, hydroxyl or even Brown’s gas. This technology seems to be safe, is quite cheap and the gas can be made as and when required using just water and fuel. Do not believe them that state that these engines will just run on water. Nothing can be more far from the truth. In fact many people are stating this after they have gone through the ads of the conversion kits which boldly proclaim that their kits will make cars run on water. There are quite a number of people who are enjoying the benefits of HHO and there is no reason why a Mercedes owner cannot.
