Both Mercedes’ Take off at ’99 Le Mans

First up is the Mark Webber crash, extremely painful when you see the Mercs take off after going over a crest — and even though the first vid doesn’t show Webber crashing, the second one does… That one IS from the actual ’99 race and my heart still skips a beat when I see that CLR flip over….

2009 Mercedes SL

This video report from the 2008 Geneva Motor Show about the 2009 Mercedes SL (a facelift version, which doesn’t change too much to the previous model if you ask me) shows a little too much of the show host and way too little of the SL, but still, what they show looks good.

The SL isn’t as glamorous as its original 1954 grandfather — but still quite awesome!
